In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active pap4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• You are accessing pap4d voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or participating in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing pap4d from your location before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of pap4d or any of its affiliated game providers, software vendors, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a pap4d Account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or any other policy violation.
• You are acting in your own name and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.

pap4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account relationship, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on pap4d at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, devices, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pap4d Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pap4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact pap4d support immediately via live chat so that the Account can be secured without delay.

pap4d reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All deposits and withdrawals on pap4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pap4d does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to fund a deposit via an international payment method is entirely the Player's responsibility and pap4d accepts no liability for conversion losses or fees.

Accepted Deposit Methods: pap4d currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian local payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the pap4d Deposit page within your Acc ount dashboard. pap4d does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pap4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. pap4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the name on the KTP submitted during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any Bonus funds subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are as displayed on the pap4d Withdrawal page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• pap4d processes approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes to most local bank accounts and e-wallets during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

pap4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. pap4d will never request your bank PIN, internet banking password, or OTP code — any communication claiming to be from pap4d that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pap4d support immediately.

pap4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, cashback programs, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and major sporting tournaments including the BRI Liga 1 season and the UEFA Champions League knockout stages.

The following general conditions apply to all pap4d bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or use Bonus funds.
• Each bonus is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified on the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry time will be automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• pap4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, pap4d's decision is final.

By participating in any game or betting product on pap4d, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All slot games and RNG-based table games on pap4d use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, controlled, or influenced by any player action beyond the scope of the game mechanics themselves.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG game titles are published in the information panel within each game. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome or session result.
• Live casino tables — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and live game shows — are operated by third-party studio providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to those providers' independently audited game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
• Sports betting odds on pap4d's sportsbook are expressed in decimal format. Markets include pre-match and in-play betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions. Settled bets that result in a win are credited to your Account within five minutes of official result confirmation.
• pap4d reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed malfunction, or circumstances beyond pap4d's reasonable control that have materially affected the integrity of the market or game outcome.
• Decisions made by pap4d's game integrity team regarding disputed outcomes are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pap4d and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances without refund:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the account relationship.
• Underage Gaming: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, or using another person's Account, whether with or without their consent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a pap4d deposit without first attempting to resolve the matter through pap4d's support channels.
• Money Laundering: Using pap4d to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. pap4d cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may report suspicious transaction patterns without prior notice to the account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — whether in pap4d's systems or in a game provider's software — to obtain funds or advantages not intended by the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

pap4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, or at the Player's own request. The following procedures apply:

• Voluntary Closure: A Player may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting pap4d support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding Bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
• pap4d-Initiated Suspension: Where pap4d suspends an Account pending investigation, the Account balance will be frozen but not forfeited during the investigation period. pap4d will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.
• pap4d-Initiated Permanent Closure for Breach: Where an Account is permanently closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, all associated Bonus balances, Bonus-derived winnings, and any real-money funds that cannot be clearly reconciled with verified deposits may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that can be verified as clean will be returned to the depositing payment method.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from pap4d for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion via the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of between 30 days and permanent are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

pap4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. All pap4d Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, effective immediately upon activation from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets or the limit is extended (extension also subject to 48-hour delay).
• Session Time Reminders: Schedule automatic on-screen notifications reminding you of your elapsed session duration at intervals of your choosing.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, your Account is inaccessible but your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended self-exclusion locks your Account and opts you out of all marketing. Contact support to apply.

All content on the pap4d platform — including but not limited to the pap4d name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pap4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pap4d platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any pap4d content without express written authorisation.
• Use any pap4d trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context not expressly approved by pap4d in writing.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the pap4d platform on a third-party website without written permission.

Game titles, graphics, and audio assets displayed within the pap4d lobby remain the intellectual property of their respective game studio providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and others) and are subject to those providers' own IP rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pap4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the pap4d platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform or any product therein, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, regulatory action, or any other cause.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers that form part of the pap4d service ecosystem.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit pap4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, pap4d's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pap4d collects, processes, stores, and in limited circumstances shares personal data about Players in order to operate the Platform, comply with regulatory obligations, and deliver the services described in these Terms. The full details of pap4d's data handling practices — including the categories of data collected, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the pap4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account on pap4d, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to pap4d processing your personal data as described therein. Key data-handling commitments include:

• pap4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• KTP and identity verification data is stored in an isolated, access-controlled environment and is not accessible to standard customer service agents.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations and then securely deleted.
• pap4d uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and pap4d's servers, and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pap4d is licensed and incorporated, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-laws principles.

Players who access pap4d from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. pap4d makes no representation that the Platform or its products are lawful, appropriate, or available in any specific location within Indonesia. Access restrictions, if any, are the player's responsibility to navigate.

Any dispute between a Player and pap4d that cannot be resolved through pap4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution. Players retain the right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration.

pap4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully affects Players' rights or obligations — pap4d will provide advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to Players' registered mobile numbers or via an in-platform alert upon next login.

Your continued use of the pap4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using pap4d and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
